Start by connecting a wallet from the top bar — Solana via Phantom or Solflare, BNB and Robinhood via MetaMask. Then open the trenches board and just watch for five minutes: which stage do most new pairs sit in, how fast do the numbers move. Your first buy should be the smallest size you can route, to learn the slippage behavior before real money moves.
